OK, Different twist, same problem. Now I am reviewing Syware’s Visual CE. It wants to see a VFP ODBC connection. Here is the problem I am having.
1) I go to Control Panel->Data Sources ODBC.
2) I click on the System DSN tab
3) Click on the Add button
4) I pick the Microsoft FoxPro VFP Driver
5) I click Finish
Result: An error message appears that says: “You must first install the current version of the Visual FoxPro ODBC Driver. Go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads. Select Updates, then Visual FoxPro ODBC Driver.

Well when I go there, there is no Visual FoxPro ODBC Driver link
What are the steps to creating a VFP ODBC Connection?

>You can create a DSN with an ODBC connection string
(you can get them at http://www.connectionstrings.com/ for example)
