In order to provide variable information like this to a DTS package, you will probably have to call a server-side application. The app will load the DTS (via DTS objects), pass the values to global variables define in the package, then run it. Unfortunately I don't have any quick examples to show you how this works (but I might in a couple days).
ASP can pass the variables to the app and kick it off. Either VFP or VB can handle the calls to the DTS objects.
