Yes, actually that works fine. A person can become intimate with CSCRIPT.EXE for the oddest reasons <g>.

Do think about expanding this approach to have your VBScript call a VFP mid-tier component, however, if you run into scaleability or perf issues, since a single call from the script into the VFP component will be faster than the ADO statements.
