In the case of the version 5 controls, copy the following text to a file with an REG extension and run it on the client's system.

I have put these controls in a baseclass container and then dragged-dropped this container onto the form's pageframe page1 for use. I was advised not to use the activex straight onto the form to avoid future versioning problems.
