I'm confused too. If I select "Conferences" from the drop-down, I got to:
http://www.levelextreme.com/Conferences/

There, at the top, above the three random pictures, there is a list of the upcoming coverages, which right now lists just DevTeach, as it is the only confirmed coverage by now, and as such, is the only one for 2004 appearing also in the right menu.

If you go to DevTeach 2004 either way, you get into:
http://www.levelextreme.com/Conferences/DevTeach/2004/

There, there is a table with Date, Location, Hotel, etc, and the last cell is "Who's going?:"

Maybe the confusion stems from the fact that this is the only official coverage announced by now, and that's why this is the only "Who's going?" list. Maybe Michel can provide more info.
