Is findrec form is a part of the formset? If so after locate try this (not tested):
thisform.Parent.Form1.Grid1.Refresh()
If not You must pass a form1 refference to the findrec form (DO FORM FindRec WITH thisform)
& then use the refference to refresh the Grid
