It sounds like these 3 PCs are alone in a peer-to-peer network setup. If that conclusion is wrong, please correct in a reply.
I assume, too, that these PCs all communicate successfully with the network using other software.
My strongest suspect would be the video drivers, but only because VFP is known to exhibit bad/strange behaviour with many such entities. Perhaps you could try installing the MS 'generic' drivers on one machine to see if that makes a difference.
