Has anyone expercienced any update problems with West Winds Help Builder.

I keep receiving an error during the auotmatic online update that it cannot close a file (does not say which). The it continues with update.

I dowloaded the v3.20 update file from WW and applied locally.

Now It has a resource mismatch problem and won't let me in. I have checked for Foxuser files on that drive and had only 1 potential problem that I cleaned up.

Of all the days I need Help Builder today is one but I am locked out. Any help would be appreciated.
