>Perhaps you could call your local Microsoft Marketing/Sales office and ask them for assistance. I jest! Our local Microsoft Office makes a point to sell Dot NET solutions. Outsourcing to India is the trendy thing to do. If you are going to make a real profit outsource everything a company does – even the management.
This outsourcing is actually not a new idea, just a different era. For example, the British East India Co. was the largest single outsourcer for a long period. They outsourced entire production-lines, including management, to India for several hundred years, up until around WW2 (when Ghandi came along and got India independence). Similar for other Western Colonial powers, even including some US following the Spanish-American War.
Of course, these older outsourcers required a lot of military protection for this to work - and it may be even worse now, with the US highly unpopular many places.
