You have this slider regardless. I don't think it has to do with the actual hardware as much as NT/W2K/XP telling it to use it or not.

I suspect VFP Refresh failure as the issue because if I ALT-Tab into some other open application or minimise and maximise the VFP application, everything comes up correctly. Is there some way to do so from within the application without causing a flicker or disappearing of the application from the desktop?
