There isn´t SET ICON TO "..\Graphics\MyIco.ico".. If so, the command on config.fpw would be applicable..
Instead it, try the follow on your main program:
_SCREEN.icon = "..\Graphics\MyIco.ico"
MODIFY WINDOW SCREEN ICON FILE MyIco.ico
