I have a main form. It contains an object which references a memo field in a table. I open up other forms over top the main form. I do an audit trail to show changes on a value of an object if it has changed in the lost focus compared to the getfocus value of the object. When I do this, I check the control source of the memo object on the main form and based on that, I select the correct table and write the audit to the memo. The problem I am having is maybe about 1 out of 5 times the second form I have up over top of the main one will move to the back where I cannot do anything with it, still loaded, but now I have my main form up with different menus and such and if I try to go back into the second form, it is already open so I get errors there too.

Why would the second form randomly loose focus and move to the back on it's own?
