Claudio is right, but you did not read his message right.

In Config.fpw you can NOT have command= _screen.icon = someicon.bmp. The statement _screen.icon = someicon.bmp MUST either be in a program (which you can call by command=someprogram in config.fpw), OR it can be entered in the command window.
