I can get it to work using the filter. But, Why is a filter required?, Shouldn't the relationship I have set automatically filter out only the loan officers for that branch? It works without a filter when I test using a combo box and grid. Does a combo box and combo box handle things differently? If I disregard the filter, the 2nd combo is then populated with all the loan officers, regardless of which branch they belong to? Why does using two combo boxes ignore my relationship?
