Yes, the problem is that you cannot control the names of popups in shortcut menu so it overwrites popup with the same name from main menu. If you want automate renaming POPUPs, take a look at GENMENUX http://www.aksel.com/genmenux/default.htm. You can write driver for it which will do it every time new menu is generated.
