Hi,
Sounds like a process has gone south, if you reboot, it should clear, unless it is an viral infection, update and scan prior to the reboot, had a similar problem some time ago. If it is that virus the reboot wipes the disk.

There is an error saying they are in use or that some system process has them. However, I cannot find any such thing and nothing new was installed. I will try a safe mode boot on the weekend and try again then.
