You can use strtofile(yourtext,'textfile.txt') to dump the text to a textfile, and then use RUN NOTEPAD TEXTFILE.TXT to open it.

>thnx Neil for your reply. But i don't want that the text is show on a vfp form. I want a wordobject like thing. The reason is simple... the user information is shown in a listbox (not my choice snif). When the user closes the form i want to make it possible that the text in the listbox can be edited in a wordpad (or something like tht) so it can be consulted without using vfp.
