Good choice! I was at the Prague conference in 2002 and Igor and the group do a GREAT job with the conference.

Another good choice is the German Devcon in Frankfurt in November. Rainer does a FABULOUS job and takes over the entire hotel - everyone there is a developer! The amenities are also great. Free beer in the bistro every night - that's for everyone including the attendeed. And the content is wonderful as well. There is always at least one English session in every time slot.
