Is this a memo field or string? I just tried this on my app's memo field data and the Replace worked exactly as expected. Are you positive your field width on the report design is wide enough to accommodate the new string? If not, Crystal might continue wrapping the string into successive lines (especially if the "Can Grow" checkbox is selected on the field's format properties).
