Did you try to check if all your devices are functioning correctly for Win95? To do so, right-click on "My Computer", then "Properties" from the drop-down menu. Then, click on the "Device Manager" tab. If any device isn't functioning according to Win95 (not detectred, driver error, or Windows just acting like it's usual self), it will be displayed there.
