Would you get Identity value if you run this INSERT from Query Analyzer?

>I have tried that, and I get the same error. I have tried to put BEGIN/COMMIT Transactions around each insert statment to see if that would help, but was unsuccessful there as well. I have also tried IDENT_CURRENT(Table1) and SCOPE_IDENTITY() in a similar fasion, but always get the same error.
