Yep, your right!
Often I post code examples to demonstrate a concept as opposed to providing a "solution". Personally I would much rather learn to develop the solution based on concepts rather than simply copying code, however I must admit, not everyone is like that. I will try to make an effort in the future to provide a disclaimer on my code snippet indicating that it only is a technique which can be employed and not a complete solution.
