I don't understand how RELEASE BAR works. I have a TOOLS menu. Everything in it as the Bar # to be from 1 to 15. If I do RELEASE BAR 1 OF TOOLS, it doesn't do anything. Nor does it does something if I go up to the 15th bar. Even if I do RELEASE BAR ALL OF TOOLS, all the items remain on screen. What am I missing?
