Did you put the PageFrame itself before the command buttons in the form level tab order?

>I have two textfield on page 1 of a pageframe. I have defined them TabIndex 1 and 2. The Ok, Cancel button at the bottom of the form, out of the pageframe, is having TabIndex 3. However, when I start the form, the Ok, Cancel button is having the focus. What am I missing?
