What scroll function of the mouse? What mouse?

I have a MS Wheel mouse, if I click down the wheel and move the mouse up the window scrolls back through the old code and the coloring is correct. If I roll the wheel it scrolls and the coloring is correct.

>After more testing it seems only to happen when i first open vfp8 and only if i use the scroll function on my mouse.
