Not in a remote view, but in Enterprise Manager.

Enterprise Manager normally read view and Metadata;
when you update the view, it not send a INSERT into othe view
but send a INSERT into anyone view table components (META_DATA components ).

Define the View with:

... VIEW_METADATA

attribute
