GO TOP && or the record you want
nRecNo = recNo() && If You GO TOP there is no need of that variable
COPY NEXT 25 TO TempTable
GOTO nRecNo      && Or just GO TOP
DELETE NEXT 25
SELECT TableToApendTo
APPEND FROM TempTable
ERASE TempTable.*
