Check your config.fpw. Maybe you've resource=off in it. Another place to check Tools -> Options -> File Locations -> Resource File -> Modify. Make sure that correct file name shows in the textbox and 'Use Resource File" is checked.

The sys(3050) settings have to be set every time you launch VFP. You can use VFP startup program to do that.
