Hi,
Shoot whoever speced the server, then replace the server with one that will cope.

P.S. If the client speced & supplied the server tell them everything will be chargeable from here on in, due to inadequate supply. This helps open the budget for the new server.
If you speced & supplied, you have a large problem.

The Sql Server is currently running on a dell Server 1 GIG Ram and 256BG HDD. No Raid. Using VFP connecting with ODBC. The System is struggling at the moment when we run queries or if there is a lot of writing to the database some of the machines running VFP freezes.
