I am usign VFP6SP5 under W2003 server with no problem..

But, this error looks like some file downloaded from a CD-ROM. And, still has the property read-only.. Or your network connection drive doesn't allow full access (read/write).. Or some corrupted file, as FOXUSER your dotEXE or any.. Try to first of all be sure about that..
