It's not bad - but for the most part it's like all the other ones when it comes to "protecting" your software from unauthorized use. Someone can make an program that simulates the cd-key geneartion. I know there are some hacks for their HASP that have been floating around, but I myself haven't seen any for their "Privilege" system.
