1) You can add all updatable processes in listbox with Multiselect = .t. Users can select any proccess just with mouse click & Ctrl (Shift) button pressed. Then You just loop through selected items to update the table
2) You may create a cursor with a Logical field & Field containing the name of the proccess, use the grid to show the cursor and use SCAN & ENDSCAN to do updates.
