You can declare that array as PRIVATE before DO FORM & use it
PRIVATE myArray[5]
DO FORM MyTestForm WITH otherArray TO ...
In MyTestForm you can use MyArray as other private values. If the compiler shows some warning messages you can use EXTERNAL ARRAY myArray in form
