You seem convinced that your table is affecting performance of your application because of deleted records.

As ToreB has said, this is rarely a real issue, except in specific cases. When your index TAGs are well designed to complement Rushmore optimization then a performance hit should be VERY RARE.

Perhaps you can tell us the sizes of the tables (record counts) and numbers (or percentage) of deleted records in each? It would also be helpful to see what index TAGs you have defined and examples of the commands that you are observing as running slowly.
