If I recall, the sample app that came with the VS.NET installation was pretty good ... the Duwamish (sp) sample. I have recently gotten a new laptop and reinstalled VS, and because I've been developing now for 2+ years, I didn't bother re-installing the samples, so I can't give you any specifics other than I seem to remember that the Duwamish sample's architecture was pretty good. I don't remember if it used Typed DataSets or not. If you didn't install it when you installed VS, install it now and check it out.
