Hi all,
Given a filename, can I use the CreateEvent() Win32API function to check if the file is opened or not? Is there another way, VFP or Win32API, to check if a file is open? Example: myExcel.xls is currently open using Excel started normally or thru VFP. Can I check if the file is open?
