have you tried deleting them as users and setting them up again as their settings may be messed up?

>I had a serious Exchange server crash, which recovered nicely, but now find I have two users that will not authenticate vis Outlook automaticaly. They do authenticate to the domain nicely, and if they enter thier username and password 5 or more times, they get thier mail. It does not seem to be the pc they use, as if I log on as myself, I get my mail, no problem, and if they use another machine, they get thier mail no problem. I'm baffled, please help.
