Heh, I forget where it is every time I install XP on a new machine. On WinXP Home this option cannot be disabled at all. Finally I start to use some tweak program to setup multiple options for a new installation (tell me if you are interesting, I will find where to download it).
And also I'm going to wrtie an ini file to set up all these options automatically on XP installation.
