Running any large report in vfp takes up considerable resources of the local machine. VFP will try and use everything available. In the case of terminal server, that means that other users of the server might be affected.

You might want to try and limit the amount of memory an app uses - take a look at SYS(3050)

When running FoxFire reports I've noticed that response times on the server slows markedly. Does anyone have any experience running FoxFire on terminal server and be willing to share that information? My first step was to check that the joins are optimized. Any other ideas?
