Thanks. Your reply made me look again at PoxPro help regarding INTERACTIVECHANGEEVENT:

This event occurs each time the object's VALUE changes interactively. For example, as a user types in a text box, the InteractiveChange event is triggered after each keystroke.

VALUE changes ... I was looking for CONTROLSOURCE to change. Of course I had read the HELP many times and never picked up on that.
