I'm using InstallShield Express that comes with VFP7.0

InstallShield is creating a shortcut on my Start Menu with a screwy target.

The Product Name is "EDC Browser".
I've verified that the target in the shortcut is "[INSTALLDIR]\edc.exe".
The Description of the shortcut is "EDC".

When setup.exe is run, it installs a shortcut with unchangable target="EDC Browser". The first time I click it, edc.exe runs fine. But the second time it tries to run some kind of windows installer, (not setup.exe that I've built) and crashes because it can't find "edc browser.msi".
