This is not right sequence - you must not highlight grid column after selecting textbox (which you are going to delete) in Property sheet and clicking on the Form Designer Title Bar (not Toolbar).
- Find necessary Grid.Column.Textbox in Property Sheet
- Click on Form Designer Title Bar
- Press Delete key
