Moises - where you thinking of using the Active Document ?
Check your Help File.
There are MANY MANY MANY OTHER WAYS TO DO THIS, without using a vfp form.
Are you sold on VFP forms?

I'm a big fan of AFP, AVFP, West-Wind
but also php/mysql for WAMP/LAMP .

but given your limited spec [so far], if you leave 'VFP FORM' in the spec,
then you absolutely have to use Active Documents.

IF YOU TAKE OUT 'VFP FORM' from your spec, you can utilize VFP tables with apache or IIS web servers, and either use a framework [AFP,AVFP,WWWC]
or roll your own.
