Sounds like the users are entering selection criteria, but the grid columns will always be the same. Am I correct?

>If my grid is built on a select statement how will it know to display the proper data. What my goal is: The user adds several records with lenghty strings in an edit box controls, each with a unique item number. Each item represents an inspection requirement for a particular item made on a particular tool. Sometimes the toll will make two parts at the same time. I want a way that a requirement can be typed in once(for part one), mark this item that it will be a duplicated item. When all the items are put in for part one a button could be clicked to appenp all the marked items to the end of the grid table for the second part.
