When I distribute my complied program to other station why is that I get an error message when I use WinSock Class is not license for use but I already copied the winsock.dll, mswinsck.ocx, mswsock.dll I register the mswinsock.ocx but I cannot register the winsock.dll and a error message this file cannot be register.
