Hi George,

I believe SetDllDirectory only affects the application that calls it. Do I need to compile my application for different OS? I don't understand the Using the Windows Headers article http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/winprog/winprog/using_the_windows_headers.asp.
