I agree with David!! At first Intellisense seems to be annoying, especially when you type REPORT FORM .. and end up with REPORT FORM FORM. But once you get use to it you wouldn't give it up for the world!!!!

You can change one setting in Intellisense to turn off that 2nd word feature and then you'll quickly LOVE intellisense!! From the menu, choose: Tools, Intellisense Manager, Advanced, Edit Properties. Change the "lEnableFullSetDisplay" setting from T to F.

Last year I had to go back and work on a VFP 6 app. I lasted about a half an hour before I gave up. I decided to do all my coding in VFP 7 so I could use intellisense and then I went back into VFP 6 to compile!!

Give it a chance ... you won't regret it!!!

>Also, Cathy Pountney's excellent article in the February issue of FoxTalk contains a section on Intellisense and how it can save you keystrokes with some little-known shorthand entries, such as nLoop++ followed by a spacebar. Try it!
