Sorry to insist on this once again, but if I set my preferences to show the time as "GMT -4 hours", I expect it to stay at that time, and not to arbitrarily switch between GMT-4 and GMT-3 twice a year, just because some other country, which is of no concern to me, uses daylight saving time. The current behavior is, quite simply, wrong.
