Can someone explain why I can't use function fcreate() in a stored procedure called from ASP.NET?

I know the procedure works because I can call it from VFP command window. But when I call the procedure from ASP.NET via OleDb I get error "Function is not implemented." The error does not point which function (the error is on line .ExecuteNonQuery()) but it is crearly something to do with fcreate() because if I comment it, all works well.

TIA.
