Hi all, good monday (under the snow for some, grrr)

I have an external datasource than I want to have accessible into SQL Server 2000. That source is defined as a system DSN

I can, with DTS, import the values, I've tried it, it works. But I want more than that.

Is it possible to define those external tables, so they are seen as SQL Server tables, giving the users the possibility to issue DML against those tables (even joining them with real SQL Server tables) ???

I've done it in Oracle, but I don't know how to do it in Sql Server

Thanks
